Glencoe Public Library has two meeting rooms, which may be reserved by library patrons in good standing:
The Hamil Room is a small conference space with a maximum occupancy of 6. To reserve, please complete the application form found here. Patrons may also call the library at 847-835-5056 to inquire about its availability. A limited number of walk-in bookings may be available.
The Hammond Room is a 27’x23′ multipurpose room with a maximum occupancy of 41. To reserve, please complete the application form found here. Please wait for library staff to confirm the reservation request by email or call.
All reservations are subject to room availability and to the respective use policies for each room.
