De-Stress for the Holidays With Instant Islands of Calm

We all know how stressful the holidays can be. On Sunday, December 7th at 1:30 you can come to the library and learn four 90-second mindfulness exercises which promote instant calm. These exercises are taught at Harvard's prestigious Benson-Henry Institute got Mind-Body Medicine. Each will help you center and calm yourself in the midst of holiday stress and "overdrive". A brief description will be followed by practicing the technique. Interested participants can remain after the one-hour class for an optional 30-minute discussion of mindfulness, including Q and A.
